‘South Park’ vs. China
South Park aired an episode, “Band in China”, that mocked the very thing China has aggressively pursued – censorship.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone, creators of South Park, issued an apology after all traces of the Comedy Central television show was wiped from Chinese media platforms.
Their most recent aired episode, Band in China, critiqued the lengths China will go to push their agenda. It took aim at the tendency in U.S. culture to accommodate the Reich’s censorship laws.
Like the NBA, we welcome the Chinese censors into our homes and into our hearts. We too love money more than freedom and democracy. Xi doesn’t look just like Winnie the Pooh at all.

The NBA has been scrambling to protect their Chinese investments after Daryl Morey, the general manager of the Houston Rockets, showed their support of pro-democracy demonstrations in Hong Kong.
If there’s one thing we learned from this, it’s that there is still hope. Some will give in to the highest bidder, but there are some that will not.
